Camden Slade '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a physical, 6'5" 235 pound attackman from the Class of 2023. I put in a ton of work in the offseason which allowed me to make the jump from a JV starter my freshman year to a Varsity starter my sophomore year and I plan to continue that trend for the rest of my high school career and beyond. After high school, I plan to pursue a career in engineering with a focus on aerospace. I am generally a High Honor Roll or Honor Roll student and I plan to rebound my junior year after a rough sophomore year in terms of academics. I am always willing to listen to critique and I enjoy working to overcome the critique that I am given. I have played lacrosse for 7 years, starting in 4th grade, but without an actual coach for most of my lacrosse career up until high school. I am primarily right-handed although I am able to swap the stick into my left with relative ease in order to get a better shooting angle or pass. I aspire to enter the workforce as an software engineer.
