Personal Statement

I am very interested in playing lacrosse at the college level. I am a hardworking and dedicated student. I have a strong passion for chemistry and astrology and I cannot wait to experience the science classes in college. I am a defenseman/long stick midfielder for the Mingos Lacrosse club team. During this time separated from everybody I have been continuing to work on my physical strength and stick skills. During games I play aggressive but smart in order to come out on top of other teams. I am eager to start my high school career and take advantage of my Collegiate opportunities.

Going from a home gym to a commercial gym, I have made a lot of progress in developing my strength and conditioning. I make all of my own workout and meal plans, so I grow exponentially and optimally. As of January 23rd I Bench 225 Lbs, Squat 405 Lbs, and Deadlift 365 (Note: I don't often deadlift because of the immense strain it puts on the back. This personal record is from December 7th). I run a loose bulk-cut schedule where I bulk before the lacrosse season and cut throughout the summer while training my endurance with three-mile runs every other day during the fall and winter. This ensures that I am in top shape for the season feeling good and healthy. I value my training but put my academics first. During the lacrosse season, I put a pause on my time in the gym (aside from weekends) to focus on my school work and lacrosse.
