When I was 8 years old, my dad took me to my first lacrosse tryout. From that day forward I knew that lacrosse was my sport! I started out as Midfielders’ & Attack, but quickly found a sweet spot as a Long Stick Middie!
If you ask my coaches they would tell you that I work hard, play hard and I am a dedicated team player. I’m motivated to never miss a game or practice. I use excellent long stick skills and work hard to play my best every time I step on the field. I listen for feedback so I can improve and handle the critics from my coaches. In addition to lacrosse I have played soccer and wrestled for over the last eight years. Combined, these sports have made me strong, fast, and agile.
I know that the college application process is very competitive. My goal is to stay focused on my academics the next year in high school. I expect to reach a 3.25 GPA or higher before I graduate from Annapolis High School. This will give me the opportunity to have choices and determine which college will be right for me.
I am currently considering going to college to study education. One day, I want to be an influence on a child’s life as my teachers and coaches have gratefully been for me.
