My grades for the first two years of High School do not reflect the student I am and can be. I realized this year I have to do well in school to get anywhere in life. I am proud of the grades I received this semester and plan on keeping my grades at this level. I understand I may need to do a post grad year somewhere in order to be accepted to my top choices but I will do whatever is necessary to get into college. My first two years grades do not reflect the student I am. I can not change the past only my future.
My love of sports was instilled in me by my Grandfather and father. They would always say before any game, football, basketball lacrosse, soccer just go out and enjoy the game. My Grandfather Coached hockey and refereed hockey for many years and he always said "people can have athletic abilities but have no heart in the game , you can’t teach heart. William you have heart and ability which is rare these days."
I have been playing Lacrosse since I was eight years old and love the sport. I have been told by many Coaches that my knowledge of the game and my presence on the field are incredible. My greatest accomplishment with lacrosse was either breaking the tie with the winning goal during the Central Mass All Star game in 2019 or being chosen as one of 75 out of 1300 to compete for a spot on the US lacrosse U17 team. I will be an asset to any lacrosse team because of my determination, willingness and desire to play as a team player.
