Jacob Morgan '17 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to allow me to introduce myself.

I am Jake Morgan 6’ 1” 185 pound member of the 2017 graduating class of Easton HS in Easton MD.

I am currently a member of the Easton High school Varsity Lacrosse and Varsity Football Teams as well as a leader on my Club team MDX-Treme 2017 Elite. I currently have a 3.47 GPA and I am a member of the National Honor Society and ranked 68^th in a class of 275 top 25%.

I led my  club team in ground balls and forced turnovers and had 9 goals and 16 assists this past summer season. I was Just recently selected to the all star teams at the gait cup and up lax tournaments as well The Maryland Showcase I also was a Free-state top 44 player. I was a member of the 2014 Brine Nationals All American team and the 2015 Maryland 1A/2A state championship team.

My short term plans and goals is to find a University/College that I can play Lacrosse but most importantly a school that will help me reach my long term plans of attending Dental School and becoming an Orthodontist and a positive and contributing member of my community. 

I have been described as a quiet leader on my athletic teams and in the class rooms. My Parents taught me when I was really young to work hard always try to get better at whatever I was doing and to always help others to do the same. They also taught me to let my game/grades and actions speak for me until I found my voice.

I have loved the game of Lacrosse and I know I only have a few years left to play the sport and want to do so at a school that will allow me to look back many years from now and make me proud of what the school did to help me achieve my goals in life.
