Jason Shekelton '20 Recruiting Profile

My goals are to play lacrosse in college while earning my degree in business or engineering to work in our family business.  I have been described by my coaches as one of the most "coachable" athletes they have worked with. I am a hardworking and loyal teammate and will represent my school on and off the field with respect.  Just this year I was awarded the Triple Threat Award by my coaches.  This award was for my abilities on defense, offense, and face-offs, my coach even said I could have played in goal, if not for our awesome goalie.  I and a very versatile player.   My coach stated that I am the first one on the wall and the last one off the field.  I am as hard working on the field as I am in the classroom.  I take my grades very seriously as I currently have a 3.7 GPA.  I am an easygoing, but hardworking individual.  I feel I would bring nothing but positive attributes to the program I attend.
