My love for lacrosse began when I was eight years old, baseball was too slow, one of my friends who plays lacrosse handed me a stick and showed me a few things, from then on I couldn't put it down and fell in love with the game. I have learned a ton from lacrosse over the past 9 years, both on and off the field. First off I have learned that it takes teamwork and unselfishness to win games and to be successful, both in lacrosse and in life. I have also realized that in order to be successful it takes hard work and dedication, both of which I take pride in trying my best to do. One of my core strengths is my drive for success and willingness to do whatever it takes to be a champion, that is what I hope to carry over with me both academically and athletically in college very soon. My goal is to find the right college country that can give me the best opportunity to finish with a strong degree in Business and to play lacrosse at the collegiate level.
As far as my lacrosse skillset goes my two greatest skill sets would have to be speed and agility along with game IQ. As far back as I can recall, I have always been one of the fastest kids around but what sets me apart from the other fast kids is that speed in combination with my extremely quick feet and ability to change directions just as quick. These strengths all lend a hand in me being one of the very best in the open field with downhill dodge and run clearings and transitions. Strong game IQ is my second strongest skill, playing the game for almost a decade I have learned how the game flows and what my responsibilities are on the field to help not only myself but all of my teammates maximize their efforts on the field.
I am confident that I am going to make a positive impact in life and I want to start that out upon high school graduation by finding the perfect fit with a college that I can excel in both the classroom and on the lacrosse field.
