I've been playing lacrosse since I was in 7th grade and have loved it from the beginning. I plan on working in the medical field as a doctor or nurse anesthetist, and will pursue my EMT training this summer. My passion is to help people and I'm looking for a college that matches my pre-med academic priorities and my desire to play for and contribute to the success of a collegiate lacrosse team like yours!
I work hard on and off the field to be the best defensive player and teammate I can be, and I understand what it means to be a part of something bigger than just me--and the commitment that entails. My experience as a chorister in the oldest boys and men choir of its kind in the U.S., since 2011, demands the same commitment and mindset required of a lacrosse player in order for the team to perform at its best. I am very coachable, but also like to support others to be their best. In short, I continually look to improve my game, to fill the role asked of me, and to be a game changer on defense.
I can't speak to the qualities of other recruits; I can only speak about what I bring to the table. In addition to my comments above, I possess a stick-to-it work ethic. Academically, this has helped me address challenges arising from ADD, which I have wrestled with since 5th grade.
