Personal Statement
I'm looking forward to going to a college where I can play lacrosse at a higher level and get a good education. Over the years I have learned to balance my athletics with my academics. This is not always easy for me. My classwork is as important to me as lacrosse. Throughout my lacrosse career I have started on varsity since I was a freshman, I create multiple turnovers each game, I clear the ball effectively and I lead my team in ground balls and forced turnover. This season I have over 80 ground balls.
My athleticism and speed makes me stand out as a recruit. I am very coachable. I believe its important to build strong chemistry with my fellow teammates and learn from them while teaching them to incorporate different fundamentals into their games also. This helps make stronger players and a stronger team as a whole. What makes me different from many other athletes is my stick handling. My transition offense is just as good as my transition defense. I can cut a fast break off and start a fast break very well!
