Personal Statement

My collegiate goals are to take my lacrosse career to the next level and continuously improve my skills and to get better every chance I can.  I want to be on a team that is as passionate about the sport as I am and treats each other as family.   I want a team that has each others back and that has a positive culture where I can contribute my skills and energy.  I strive to improve every time I step on the field and to elevate my game to higher levels of playing.  What make me different is I started my athletic career as a gymnast and didn't pick up a stick till 8th grade.  I know have much to learn and want to continue developing my skills.  As a result, I'm very eager to learn and I'm very coachable.   As much as I love the game my academics are important to me, I enjoy taking classes that I care about which makes me motivated to study so when game day rolls around I'm eligible to play.
