Personal Statement

I came to lacrosse a little later than my teammates. My first passion was football in 4th grade for Perkiomen Valley Youth. I learned offense, defense, and special teams. I learned how to read plays from my coaches, but also on the field itself, learning communication, how we are a team on the field and off the field. In 7th grade I became a part of the Chest-Mont team for Catholic Youth. I was a Varsity Starter coming out of the gate. I was part of the CYO Championship team in 2019. I decided to start lacrosse in January of 2020. I was told by my football coaches lacrosse would be a good fit as an off-season sport to play in the spring.

I took to the sport and have not looked back. Football gave me the skills to play lacrosse from a defense perspective. I am passionate about playing defense because you must be tough, smart and strategic.  My goals are to be the most dominate defender on the field, a strong leader, a reliable teammate, and the strongest communicator.  I love causing chaos on the defensive end of the field, not letting players get comfortable, and working as part of a strong team of defenders.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
