Personal Statement
I believe you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them through perseverance, hard work, teamwork and dedication. I want to be the best I that can be on and off the field. In the classroom, I want the chance to grow academically and intellectually. I think It’s crucial to be a good listener and to be coachable, both as a player and a student. On a team, I will try my best to communicate, encourage, offer leadership and support my teammates, so collectively we can be strong as a unit. Overall, I just want a well rounded college experience where I can be a student & an athlete, as I develop into an independent, productive citizen.
