Hello, my name is Angus Forrest from Auckland, New Zealand. My friends call me Gus.
I am coming into my 4th rowing season. Over the years I have fallen in love with the sport and have a drive to improve in every training. I have developed over the last four years within my school club to be in the top two in the club. My strength has improved, erg time has dropped and I have really learnt how to compete when it matters. I was selected to trial for the north island team for the north vs south regatta in NZ which was a big accomplishment for me and it was great to be recognised. I am a student at Saint Kentigern College currently in year 12 and I am working hard and serious about my studies. I would like to study business once I leave school and a big goal of mine is to compete competitively for rowing in college in America.
