Thomas Fini '26 Recruiting Profile

I have a very strong work ethic, which allows me to be at the near top of my class with perfect straight As and A+s. I use this quality on the water by showing up to all six practices every week and giving it my all. Outside of practice, I strive to improve myself by studying the film that my coach records of me and understanding what changes need to be made for me to be the best rower I can be. I am also a great communicator, as I show no hesitation in reaching out to my coach with any questions, concerns, or ideas that I have. Regardless of which team I row for in college, I guarantee that I will give it everything I have to not only improve myself as a rower, but to win as many medals as I possibly can for myself, my teammates, and my team.
