Hello my name is Gabriel Afrigana and I am currently a junior at Desert Edge High School. My goals as a future college athlete go far beyond the game such as improving my work ethic and my ability to be a great team player on and off the field. I aspire to become a graphic designer and have already began to take some steps towards that dream. I currently have a brand that is less than six months old and I have learned a great deal from it, such as never giving up and keeping a positive attitude. What makes me a good candidate is that I hold myself accountable when I make a mistake and am able to adapt to any situation. I would consider myself different from other recruits because I am trustworthy. This trait is very important in regards to my character, athletics and academics. I have shown trustworthiness in my academics by never taking the easy way out and it is also shown in my character by keeping my word. When on the field my teammates trust that I am able to handle the responsibility of my position by never missing a practice or game.
