Personal Statement
I started playing soccer when I was seven and initially moved to Invermere. My first time playing was in a local house league but I started to play more competitively when I was twelve. Ever since then I’ve loved playing soccer and improving my skills each year.
My positioning is one of my strongest points in the game, and as a centre back I always have a good view of the game. I’m one of the loudest players on my team, which reveals my enthusiasm and high level of engagement. Being a team leader, I’ve been the team captain for two seasons. I'm always open to positive, constructive criticism to improve myself as a player and student.
I have an average GPA but I’m always working towards improving it. I’m active in our community, I help volunteer coach for our local house league and enjoy supporting new players.
I hope to one day play College/University soccer at the top level. I’m open to playing in both Canada and the United States, as I enjoy travel and skill development. My priorities are continuing my education and improving my skills as a soccer player. I would love to become a successful College/University student and soccer player, and make my parents proud of my accomplishments.
