Elijah Heathcliff-Gonzalez '20 Recruiting Profile

Since I was as young as six years old, my greatest passion has been dribbling with a soccer ball at my feet. As I've gotten older, this love for the game has only grown and I've been playing at a high level for a long time now. The past club and high school seasons have been the best of my life so far. During club, I lead the league in assists as we only lost twice all season. During high school, I scored 8 goals, had 10 assists, and was voted first team all-league. My playing style is very technical and I can adapt to play in any system or formation. It's always been one of my greatest aspirations to play soccer in college and I feel as if I have the ability and knowledge of the game to do so. Additionally, I've always achieved good things in school and I never have caused any issues on and off the field. Outside of soccer and school, I take great pride in my Latino heritage and have a love for photography & journalism.
