My name is Cameron Ridenour and I am a senior at Desert Christian Academy, Class of 2021, with a 3.0 GPA. I am the oldest of 3 and I enjoy playing sports and being active. I have played club soccer for several years with Desert United and PDSC ('02). I love soccer and hope to earn a spot on a college roster. My family and faith are also very important to me. I’ve been blessed to be raised in a family that has devoted their lives to Christ. My aunt Candace Cameron Bure (Dj Tanner from Full House) and my uncle Kirk Cameron (Mike Sever from Growing Pains) have been big role models in my life who have taught me to work hard and dream big. They have had a big influence on my faith and have encouraged me to keep pressing on towards my dreams. I've learned to always give my best effort, be a great teammate, and never give up. My high school soccer career has been a bit messy. I earned an all league my sophomore year but had a challenging junior season due to a transfer to another private school that affected my eligibility for part of last season and is threatening my eligibility this year. But I am committed to working hard and chasing my soccer dreams no matter what happens. My goal is to be able to play soccer and continue my education at the college level and I would love to have the opportunity to connect with you. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me and I wish you the best as you work to build your team and soccer program!
