I started playing soccer at a youth level around the age of 4, and I still play it to this day 13 years later. I grew up in Anaheim, California and attended a private catholic school that didn't provide soccer as a school sport, so my only get away was the recreational level. I played for Anaheim Soccer Association growing up until the age of 9, then my father decided to start his own club (Anaheim Futbol Club) which was a club level team. I have been playing club for around 7 years now. I was always the average kid on the team. Middle of the Pack for the most part. I wasn't the best or the worst. I eventually got tired of this and I challenged myself to get better. I trained harder on and off the field, and I can say I am one of the best on my club teams. I started off as striker/forward and play it here and there, but to better fit my speed and technical ability I made the switch to winger about a year or so ago. It has turned out better for me since I like being on the ball more and taking on defenders. I currently play in the Coast Soccer League at the Premier Level, which is the top level in So Cal clubs. We are currently ranked 13th in Southern California and around 80th in the nation. My aspirations on the field aren't the only strong part of my life. I also try my hardest within the class room. I have a 3.72 cumulative GPA, and am very dedicated to my school work. I believe I can bring my hard work, dedication, and technical skill to any university that needs it.
