2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I'm a Junior at Monte Vista High school and I graduate in 2021. I have been playing for the Mustang Soccer Club in California since I was 5 and this last year I tried out for a new club team. I made the team and I now play for Walnut Creek Surf. It was hard to leave the team I've been on for so long but I'm ready for a new challenge and want to grow as a player
I have played many sports but soccer has always stuck with me, and three years ago I made it my only sport because I love it. I have really enjoyed playing club soccer, but high school soccer has been super fun and competitive. Playing high school soccer has shown me that I want to continue to play soccer in college.
In my free time, I love to ski, hang out with my friends and, of course, spend time with my family. My mom and dad are both firefighters, and I understand how important it is to do the right thing and to always look out for others. This has shown me how to show compassion on and off the field.
