Derek Ayala '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I would like the opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Derek Ayala and I attend Etiwanda High School in Etiwanda, California. With only two years of my high school career left, I would love the opportunity to play soccer at the collegiate level. I know I have the skill set necessary to play at the next level and would be a great asset to the team.  Playing college soccer has always been my goal, but to earn my degree is more important. I know as a student athlete, academics are the core principal which embody the purpose of college sports. The opportunity to receive an education to one of the nations higher learning programs is one of my dreams. I know I am good candidate for your team because I have great vision and knowledge of the game . I'm a very smart forward/midfielder with quick feet, great ball control, speed, good shots, passing, and being able to play under pressure. If given the opportunity I would not only be a great asset to the team, but would be a positive impact for the soccer program and the University as a whole.  Thank you for time and consideration.
