Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Stephen Sweet and I am a senior, graduating in 2019, at Valencia High School in Placentia, California. I play the 10, 7, 11 and sometimes the 9 and 8 for my club team LA Galaxy OC B2000 that plays in SCDSL Flight 1 and CRL. I am known for both my speed and dominant left foot, as well as having the vision to set up attacking plays. Academically, my intended major is biomedical engineering. I am fully aware how important academics are in the admissions process. My current GPA is 4.2, and I am working hard to maintain the most rigorous schedule, taking honors and AP classes, as well as being a member of National Honor Society. I have played in some very high level tournaments such as Man City Cup, National Cup, and Donostia Cup. Playing college soccer is one of my main priorities and I would love to play at the highest and most competitive level where I am able to make a difference.
