Marco Baca '19 Recruiting Profile

At the age of 5 is when i first began to kick a ball, I would constantly play with it for hours and hours until I eventually got tired. When I was younger I was not that great of a player, I lacked maturity, discipline, and confidence. I knew this wasn't who I was and therefore I set a goal to myself and painted a picture of who I wanted to be. Ever since then, I've been striving and  practicing non-stop and getting better and better by the day.  I can now proudly say I am closer to becoming who I once aspired to be. Considering I have already reached one of my long term goals which was to receive an invitation from a Mexican soccer club and just about last week that goal was checked off the list. Also, I have reached an academic goal which is one of my most proudest achievements taking in consideration that being a student comes above all else. To conclude I am proud to say that I have developed to be a leader, role model and a true soccer player to those around me and that is what I can bring to the table and environment of my future college team.
