I began playing competitive soccer at the age of 6 and was brought up through the San Jose Earthquakes system. This season I have joined the number 1 nationally ranked Santa Clara Sporting Green 00/01 team to ensure I compete at the highest level. Throughout my 11 years of competitive soccer I have always made playing college soccer my goal.
I have spent much of my time as a lone striker or attacking winger where I can utilize my size, pace and athleticism to break down defenses. I began playing U19 at the young age of 16 and was able to excel playing with older stronger players. Despite being the youngest player, I led the team in scoring the past 4 seasons. I'm an accomplished finisher with both feet as well as a threat with my aerial game. While I understand my primary objective is to score goals, I take great pride in doing the hard work like holding possession, setting up teammates, and taking fouls. First and foremost, I want to be seen as a good teammate and using my skills for the success of the team.
I take being a student athlete very seriously and maintain a 3.7 GPA while taking AP and Honors courses in math, science and English. I took the SAT in August and received a score of 1330.
I want to find the best fit college for both my soccer and academic pursuits. I plan to excel both on and off the field in college and so I take my search very seriously. I will bring a tireless work ethic and winning attitude to any team I play for at the collegiate level.
