Elan Rizvi-Neuman '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Elan Rizvi-Neuman, i'm currently 16 in the 11th grade attending Pacific Collegiate School in Santa Cruz, CA. I've played and started for the varsity soccer team since I was a freshman and this year have the honor to lead my team as a captain. I have a 4.0 GPA and am taking 4 AP courses this year. 

Right now I play for Eclipse Soccer Academy and have won 3 State Cups in Northern California, including having the privilege to travel to Boise, ID for the Far West Regional Championship. Additionally, I am on the 2007 Boys ODP roster for Cal North. 

I'm also an extremely versatile player, I am originally a Left Back, but I have also played as a Center Back, as well as an Attacking/Defending Midfielder.

I'm very passionate about soccer and you can almost always find me messing around with a ball in my backyard during my free time. Otherwise, i'm hanging out with friends and family and having a good time. I believe that i'm very receptive and am always looking to help my team the best way I can while also following instructions. I always strive to improve myself academically, physically, tactically, and skillfully. 

My goal for the future is to find a college that has a combination of strong academics and a great soccer program where I can immerse myself to become a better player and student!
