Playing soccer has always been just more than a game it has been my life, it has become part of my DNA. Every time that I get to step on the field it's feeling that I can't describe. Like anything else in life soccer has its ups and downs. There has been times were I've felt as if I was on top of the world but there has also been times in which I've tasted defeat. From those losses I have learned two things. I have learned that losing is a circumstance that really makes you reflect, but I have also learned that those losses are why I felt in love with the sport in the first place. In soccer nothing should be taken for granted except of course the passion. Whether its watching a game or playing the "beautiful game" it should always be played with passion because when you play with passion then thats soccer at its finest.
From playing this sport I have become that passionate person and I think that is one of my qualities that will get me far in this sport. There are of course many other qualities that are significant to soccer but passion is what sums up all of those qualities. Loving the sport to such an extent is what I can bring to any team that I play for. Doing well in school and making the smart decisions are always of course fundamental to me. If I want to play at the college level I need to continue that passion but also add on to it with the many life lesson I will learn in those four years. To get there I of course need to admire the work I put in, but also have that faith that my passion will get me to the right college soccer team and beyond.
