I believe that the best team is a team that supports each other through their mistakes. Ones who aren't afraid to call someone out when they made a mistake, but also ones who are willing to help them after. I believe that when I am not handling the ball or making a save, I am best used by being loud and supportive of my teammates whether that's telling them who to mark, reminding them to drop back into space to cover the space, or just how to position in general. I remember what it was like to be the youngest and the most inexperienced of the group and I wished that I had someone to mentor me during that time, so I try to be as nice as possible and to support my teammates at any turn possible. That is what makes me different from the rest. I play for my team rather than for myself.
