Anthony Hitchcock '17 Recruiting Profile

I want to play high level college soccer as a goalkeeper. I work hard at practice and I rigorously train on my own. I have been a goalkeeper since my freshman year, starting on JV. I have learned to be unbreakable under pressure, and I have grown tremendously in all areas. As a goalie, I am really strong in the air; I snag corners easily, because of my height, and I have really developed to come outside of the 18 as an option for back-passes or a clearance away. I distribute well, trying my best to keep the ball in my team's posession. I also take my own goal kicks. I am always at the top of my game and I always pull through tough situations. I earned first team all conference and third team all state in my junior year and first team all conference and second team all state as a senior captain. I have all A's, and I got a 1300 on the SAT, with a 21 on the SAT essay. I am a leader on the field and in the classroom, and along with my talent as a keeper, I would be an exceptional candidate for your team.
