Dear Coach
I have been playing soccer since the age of 8 at Federation Level in Honduras. I have had the opportunity of training with the U15 National Youth team for a few weeks but could not continue due to security reasons of the country. I have attended multiple summer camps in Europe, at the Fundacion Marcet, Kaptiva Sports. I was asked to play with my high school's Varsity team for the Association of American Schools of Central America (or AASCA) Tournament and we lost the final in penalties.
We decided to moved back to the U.S. for my academics and to broaden my soccer opportunities. Upon moving to Boca, the Boca United MLS Elite had recruited me since August 2020 and I have played both U17 and U19 groups, as Attacking Midfielder and Stricker for both teams.
US soccer has been a great opportunity of combining my skills, the demanding physical need and educating me in the importance of team game and has increased my performance on the field.
My most predominant qualities are speed, strength, stamina on handling and shooting of the ball with both feet, my field vision of the game and most important my passion for the game and respect for my team mates and players. It would be a great challenge for me to join a soccer team that will give me the opportunity to give my 100% on the field and to fulfill my dream to play at a next level soccer program.
