Academics is something that I value and understand its importance. While in college, I would like to pursue a field of study that incorporates mathematics and chemistry because these subjects are both challenging and interesting.
Because of the important focus of academics in my life I work extremely hard to maintain my grades and currently, I have an unweighted GPA of 3.93 and a weighted GPA of 4.53.I have completed several Dual Enrollment classes and I am currently in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) to become better prepared for college and life after college. IBDP is an extremely rigorous program and it expands over the course of two years. After completing Dual Enrollment classes I currently have 18 hours of college credit and completing the IB program should help me even more when it comes to college academics. All of this shows that I am a dedicated and balanced individual. When I start something I stick with it and I complete it to the best of my ability.
These traits also apply when I am on the soccer field. When I am faced with a challenge, I will always do my best to rise to the occasion and face the challenge head on. When it comes to my future as a college soccer player, my goal is to not only become part of a team, but part of a family where I can bring more value and skill to the team while also developing my skill personally to the best of my abilities.
