Hello, my name is Juan Martinez. I am currently a Senior at Chattahoochee Highschool with a 3.0 GPA. I play Goalkeeper for UFA Norcross E64 U19's and I play Varsity for my high school team.

I've always dreamed of reaching the next level and play collegiate soccer, and I am 100% committed to playing the beautiful game in college. I know this was never an easy task, so I've always pushed my limits and will try my best to out work anyone and anything for a chance. My passion for this game has always been my driving force but one thing my passion matches on the field is my leadership. As a goalkeeper I've always been a bit on the shorter side but I never let this get the best of me and I make sure my presence is known through my voice, from my back line all the way to the other goal. I have a very deep understanding of the game of soccer, and I am always ready to adapt for whatever challenges come at me during a match. I'm also a very strong believer in being a risk taker, I translate that belief into my play style where I feel comfortable stepping out my box and sweeping for my back-line. This is something I've become very efficient at and I pride myself on.

In the classroom, I am a very attentive student and I've been very involved in my school. When I continue my academics in college I would love to study phycology as it is something I have a passion for and a field I'm planning on having a career in. I will continue to challenge myself in the classroom because I believe that your attitude in the class room translates to your attitude on life.
