Taye Beckford '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Taye Beckford. I have aspirations to not only play soccer at the top level, but to get a top notch education. Ever since I was three years old, I have always been a creative player. I can see through the lines and like to try new things on the field. Along with playing soccer, I am also very committed to my academics. I have a 4.43 GPA and a 1400 SAT. I am currently taking Georgia Tech Math classes and intend to pursue computer science in college.  From a soccer standpoint, I've been a part of top organizations including the Development Academy(DA), National Premier League(NPL), and the Southeastern Clubs Champion League(SCCL). As an attacking midfielder, my strengths are my creativity, ability to penetrate the defense, and willingness to work. I have played at the highest level and I want to continue to do so while pursuing a great education.
