Hi. My name is Tebarek Hillo and I am a Sophomore who attends the Paideia School in Atlanta Georgia. As a kid, I wasn't properly introduced to soccer like many others were in clubs and teams. I only viewed soccer as a fun activity I could do in my free time. It was in middle school when I really began interested in seriously playing soccer. I never really participated in club teams and I never really gained the professional help and training like others did because of financial and family issues. However, I never really let that stop me. I actually used that as motivation to keep pushing forward. I keep my individual training sessions intense while also enjoying the experience. In group sessions, I've always been the one to stay the longest to get a few more drills and shots in. I knew that if I wanted to improve as a player, I'd have to work harder than anyone else. I've strived to be the best while also maintaining the mentality that every player is unique in their own way. I have my own strengths and weaknesses and others have theirs. For instance, I know my greatest strength is my speed and agility. I've always been the fastest on my team. This has helped me go for successful runs as well drives with the ball. However, I do have my weaknesses, but I continue to work out my weaknesses every day improving myself every way I can. With that, I aspire to train and improve while also assisting my peers improve as well. In the end, I want to continue to work hard. I WILL continue to work hard.
