Hello All,
First of all, I would like to Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my personal statement.
I would like to introduce myself, my name is David Quintero. Since I was 4, I have been playing soccer in one form or another. When I grew older I was able to join an organized soccer club. This allowed me to renew my dreams of playing in college. To work towards achieving these dreams I have had to incorporate my focus on soccer towards my focus on academic work. I have been rewarded for my hard academic work by maintaining a 3.9GPA. I have been on Select or Travel Club Teams and on the High School J.V. And Varsity team. All of these experiences will definitely contribute to helping me achieve my goals
I am a Left Footed Full Back with High Soccer IQ, as well as outstanding endurance. This was obtained by being a floater for 2 seasons (Instead of 11 games, it was 25 games) Majority of time playing the full game. I am able to keep of my speed throughout the game, which is emphasized in the later parts of the game.
I do not want to infer, that I do not spend time with my friends. However, there is a time for play and a time for work. These are some values that my parents instilled in me.
I again want to thank you for your time.
Respectfully,
David Quintero
