Personal Statement
I started playing soccer at a 4. My family went to the park because we lived near one and it was a short way to get there. I started playing with my dad for a while then I started playing with other people, and then someone recommended me to go play Rec at the YMCA park. The next day my dad signed me up and I was playing every Saturday and Sunday. Soon I was at 8 years old and one day one of the travel coaches saw me play and he came up to my dad and told him I should start playing for the traveling team. When practice came, I was confused why my dad pass where my Rec team was practicing and took me to the travel team practice. I was nervous at first but that all got pass me when I started touching the ball and getting use to the team, it took time but when it finally happened we haven't even play our first game. Before I knew it I was in a pretty good starting position for the travel team and having fun playing the game. I love the sport because it releasing stress and it gives me passion. I feel good touching a ball because you don't think about anything else. My play is attacking because that's where you created the passes and scored goals but I also love helping the defense out and go back to help. People are surprise at me when I don't get captain or something like that. I always show up for practice. I'm always focused at practice and when it's game day I'm always on time on the field ready to warm up.
My life in school is pretty good I got a GPA of 3.6, my grades are always in good shape, and whenever I don't like the grade I got I make sure I study for the next test we have for that class to get it bought up. I always work hard because I like to get the best score that I can get. I work as much time the teacher gives us in class and if I get finish with the work in there, I like to view over the other subjects before I get out of the class. Whenever I got free time I like to do my homework so I won't have to worry about it at home or so I don't do it in the last minute, I hate doing it last minute. Most of my best achievements is having good grades through out the year. I will like to grow up and become a soccer coach.
My favorite hobby is playing soccer. Whenever I get done with my homework and make sure I got all my school stuff done first I like to go outside and start playing. Whether it's with friend or the team or just by myself I will always enjoy to play soccer. As far it goes with community services I have done it for my church, school, soccer team, and the community I really like to help people out so whenever I'm not doing homework or playing soccer, I like helping out my community.
