I am currently a senior in the class of 2021 at Mount Carmel High School in Chicago Illinois. I have played soccer since I was 3 years old in a community program. Ever since then, I have played competitive soccer including on the Chicago Fire Juniors Club (CFJS) and on my high school team. Over the years, my skill level and love for the sport has grown tremendously. I have been a starting midfielder for both the CFJS and my high school team, however, I have learned to adapt and perfect other positions. As a senior on my high school team, I am the Captain of the team looking to lead us into another playoff run.
Academically, I have been on Honor Roll every trimester of my high school career. Junior year my classes include AP Physics, Honors Pre-Calculus, AP English, AP U.S History, Honors Mandarin and Honors Chemistry. As a senior my AP classes include AP Mechanics and AP Calculus. I am very competitive and have the drive to win each and every time I set foot on the field. In order to improve my soccer abilities, I have been on the varsity track team since my freshman year. My skills and talents in the classroom and on the soccer field will help me achieve my goals in life to become an engineer.
