Winning the Illinois State Championship as a freshman was the highlight of my high school career so far. However, I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete my sophomore year when our team couldn't compete because of COVID-19. This experience has shaped me into the hard-working individual I am today. I have learned that even when times are tough and I cannot play with my team, I must find the motivation to train by myself and not have anyone pushing me.
I am fortunate enough to be part of an amazing program. I have learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership over my past two years of high school soccer. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team but the character, work ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a top academic student and a top athletic competitor, I am hoping to find a school that will challenge me academically and athletically.
