Matthius Douglas '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Matthius Douglas, I am a class of 2024 student at Homewood-Flossmoor High School.  I've been playing soccer since the age of 3 but started taking it more seriously around 5-6 years old.  I currently play for the top level of Chicagoland United SC which is the U18/19 OP Premier Boys team.  I have two NIL deals, one with Exact Sports and one with Life Style Bands.  I am a leader on the field and off the field, I am fast and very technical on the ball.  I am quick on and off the ball with good aggression, I have good vision to know where I'm going, where my teammates are, and what I'm supposed to do once I receive the ball.  I get along with coaches, staff, and teammates very well.  My main goal is to strive and push myself to go to the division one level and then eventually play at the professional level.
