Throughout my high school years, I organized initiatives to bolster the health of the Great Lakes. Safeguarding the health of the Earth is why I am pursuing a S.T.E.M major. I want to advance my knowledge in science, math, and engineering in order to affect change. However, I am equally driven to further my athletic career on your soccer team. Versatility is my greatest strength. While my current coaches rely on my playmaking ability in the front half of the pitch, they are equally confident in my ability to play both offensively and defensively in other positions. Both you and my teammates can count on me to compete and deliver. While I push myself and everyone around me to develop athletically as much as possible, I will collapse the other team on defense, create space on offense and possess the ball until an advancing play toward the goal is possible. I also plan to continue volunteering my time in underserved communities to ensure any boy or girl has the same opportunity to develop their soccer skills to the best of his or her own potential. All the while, I will continue to be a considerate, respectful and honorable individual on and off the pitch to ensure I am upholding the values of my school.
