Samuel Leonard '22 Recruiting Profile

I am Sam Leonard an aspiring collegiate soccer player. My hard work ethic and leadership speak for itself on the field. I play soccer at Jasper High School, where I currently lead the team in goals scored. In 2019, I helped the team reach regional play. I play top travel soccer competition throughout the Midwest at Evansville FC. Three aspects of my character make me stand out among my competition. I am a multi-sport athlete also competing in track and kicking for the Jasper High School Varsity Football team. I have competed at the state level in track. I am a leader on the field in the classroom. I serve as the Vice President of the JHS Student Athletic Leadership Committee, on Student Council, as a WyldLife Leader, and have reached the rank of Eagle Scout. I am a quick learner and very coachable. My goal is to play the most competitive soccer that I can with the abilities I have. These abilities I look forward to showcasing collegiately in the Fall of 2022.
