Personal Statement
My goal has been to play collegiate level soccer since I started soccer in first grade. It has been my dream since day one. There's something to say about playing at the collegiate level. I want to bring my talents to the college level, and help any team accomplish their team goals. I want to learn more about the game and become a better player on and off the field.
I think I have four things that make me a unique soccer player. I have the willingness to listen to anything my coach says, and learn more about the game. Secondly, I pay a large amount of attention to detail. Soccer is a game of details, and getting the little details right is the difference between winning and losing a match. I'm also very coachable. I have the ability to adapt to anything my coach needs me to do. I will do anything my coach needs me to do to win matches. Lastly, I love the competition that soccer gives me. I take every drill, every rep, and every game as if it's one of the biggest games of my life. I put 100% effort into everything I do, and never take a play off.
As much as I love the game of soccer, I also understand the importance of academics. I take pride in my grades and what I do on and off the field. Along with being a skilled soccer player, soccer teaches me how to be a good person as a whole. Soccer has taught me good morals and life. That's is what it is all about to me. If you can do something you love and do something that makes you a better person that's all you can ask for in life.
