Personal Statement
My goal is simple- to be the best I can be. At 14 years old, I invented and patented a product that is now being sold in stores. I work very hard in school and in sports. I do not take for granted any gifts academically, athletically, or otherwise that I have been given. I put my best effort into everything I do. I realize that sometimes I will come up short on the grade or a win, but as long as I am putting in my best effort and always trying to improve, my efforts are never wasted despite the ultimate outcome. I like to be a leader, but never presume that I deserve that position more than others, yet am always willing to work to secure a leadership role. I’m really looking forward to college and would love to have an opportunity to play soccer!
