For college, my goal is to graduate with distinction in a sports, medicine, or business discipline and excel at the highest level of competitive soccer. For my senior year in high school, I completed my final two AP classes on a rigorous 4-year AP academic plan in the spring term. In track and field, I competed and trained with my teammates to return to Kansas State High School Championship for my third consecutive year. In soccer, I trained and competed this spring to contend in ECNL RL division with Sporting Wichita at the state, and regional level. In futsal, I trained and competed this winter in USYF U/18-U19 with Sporting Wichita at the state and regional level, to achieve the USYF Regional Championship for second consecutive year. In winter season, I trained and competed with my teammates at the Wichita Track Club to contend at the highest levels in Indoor state and regional track meets. In the Fall my Maize South High School teammates and I trained and competed to reach our goal to repeat as Kansas State 5A Champions. We successfully reached our goal to become back to back state champions in the Kansas State 5A championship, by creating a shared vision of who we are and what we valued. We focused on decreasing complacency and increasing the urgency of excelling at every opportunity. We practiced and prepared for each game, with a sense of respect for every opponent on our schedule. Our team culture was built on the core belief that the team would succeed by leveraging the strengths of every player.
I trained and competed with my Sporting Wichita 06/05 teammates in the ECNL regional league and competed in the Heartland South division. I am also currently training with Sporting Wichita's UPSL team, Sporting Wichita SC. I consistently put in the extra training outside of team practice to improve my tactical skills, passing and shooting accuracy, and strengthen my physical conditioning and mental toughness. I train in multiple sports to find my limits and develop my self to push beyond them. I also train multiple days a week with the Wichita Shocker Track club to improve my personal records in sprints, hurdles, and horizontal jumps. My goal is to improve my speed, quickness and power. I believe that team achievements are built on a commitment to delivering a personal best at every opportunity.
