Personal Statement
My name is Casey Seput, and soccer is my passion! Although I began playing soccer later in life than many of my teammates, I fell in love with the game the first time I touched the ball at 10 years old. I quickly learned as much as possible about the game, and played in several different positions on the field including winger, right back, and attacking midfielder. Soccer has taught me many valuable life lessons. I have learned that communication is an important key to success, both on and off of the field. I have learned that success requires hard work and dedication. I have also learned that being a good teammate is just as important as being the best player on the field. My parents and my coaches have had the biggest influence on my growth as a soccer player and high school student. I am currently a member of the National Honor Society, and I strive to maintain a high GPA. My future career goals include a profession in the medical field such as nursing or pharmacy, or possibly a career in engineering. If your program is searching for a versatile, coachable and driven player, I am your guy!
