Aiden Smith '19 Recruiting Profile

I want to continue the success that I have had in high school in both the field of athletics and academics. As for academics, I feel as though sports have never got in the way of achieving my full potential of academic success, and I feel as though I have excelled across the board in high school. As an athlete, I am a very confident player and finisher, and enjoy acting as a leader. Due to these attributes,  I have been the captain of almost every team I have participated on in both baseball and soccer. And as for soccer,  I have always found myself to be placed in the middle of the field to put both my technical ability and my leadership skills to use. I am a very committed player and character,  and along with that, I push my teammates to get the most possible out of themselves that they can.  I do not enjoy losing, and also carry this competitive demeanor into the classroom.  Competitiveness has helped me to reach a 3.8 high school GPA,  along with one of the highest ranks in my class.
