Jefferson Alvear '19 Recruiting Profile

    Being the captain of my high school soccer team has been one of my biggest achievements in my life. It has taught me many attributes of a leader that will later help me in life. Since becoming captain I have learned to become more responsible, a better communicator, and more of a risk taker.

   In college I plan to major in kinesiology. I want to major in this to further pursue a career in athletic training or physical therapy. I really admire the work physical therapists do and I aspire to be one to have that connection with many clients.

I believe what makes me different from other candidates is the drive I have to get stuff done. I hate to start something and not finish it which makes me stand out compared to others.
