My goal is to make an impact and be the best, both on the field and in each class. I started playing soccer when I was five years old, and it has been nonstop progress since then. I've played in two different countries, Panama and the US, proving myself in places with different styles of the game. I'm someone who pushes his limits and goes out of his comfort zone, which is something that started when I was just ten years old at the IMG Academy soccer camps. These camps tested my English knowledge and responsibility at a young age. I had the opportunity to attend IMG Academy for high school, but instead, at the age of fourteen, I decided to be part of the Georgetown Prep community because of its stronger academic tradition and the good soccer level in the area. I enrolled as an international freshman boarding student. Although it was hard to leave my family and move to a different country, I successfully overcame the challenges that this decision brought. What made me choose to move to the US? I was bored of being in my comfort zone and felt the need to take on new challenges. For me, it was a huge change, but living in the dorms and playing soccer allowed me to have a similar experience to that of college. Now, I understand what it means to be part of a team and part of a community 24/7 where you take care of each other while also taking care of yourself.
