Ever since my parents placed a ball at my feet when I was 3 years old, soccer has always been how I express myself as an athlete and a leader. I have focused on physical training as well as improving my technical skills and tactical knowledge since I was very young in order to perform at the highest level. Having amazing coaches and supportive parents has given me opportunities to improve as an athlete.
I have learned to be a resilient player during my club and high school seasons. I have found success with my teams at the club level, but sophomore season with my High School team, not so much. It was a challenge to stay positive sophomore year but I have been and will continue to be a dedicated player for all of my teammates.
I want to compete in college as it would allow me to continue to work for success in the sport I love. I plan to attend a college with exceptional academic standards and one where I can grow as a person and a player. As someone who plays wherever I am needed and has an excellent work ethic on and off the field I believe that I am capable of boosting the college program I play for to success.
