Steven Beck '14 Recruiting Profile

The greatest asset I have to add to a team is being a leader in my actions not just my words. It is easy to talk and say you want to do and be things in life. It is even easier to make statements about who the person I am today is and how I got here. The dream though is that at my age I believe whole heartily that I have something to give on the field, locker room, and to my school as a representative of what it is to be a whole human not just an athlete. I have overcome so many things in my lifetime that the energy that it takes to just survive would be enough for most, but for me actually recovering and finding myself in the position to try and fulfill another dream of being a an athlete again is a miracle. Faith has pushed me every step of the way along with the help of a community of people trying help me realize this dream, I believe in miracles. Now I am trying to be one!
