Personal Statement
Soccer has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, growing up in an Argentine household heavily influenced me to begin playing Soccer at the age of six and since then I fell in love with the game and have no intention of letting down. Soccer has taught me many things but the biggest lesson is that meaningful hard work does pay off. There is nothing more rewarding to me than being able to see growth in myself after dedicating time into a task. I've instilled this value not only in soccer but in all aspects of my life. I am lucky enough that my school offers a variety of honor and AP classes, being able to pick harder classes has pushed me to become a better student. My main goal for college is to pick a major I like but to also explore different fields of studies to expand my overall knowledge and if I am able to play soccer while doing that, it would be a dream come true. From a young age I have moved around to many different areas of South America and the U.S, my latest move from Arkansas to Massachusetts in Freshman year, was a very impactful moment in my life, I had to overcome and adapt to many situations, especially academically to get to where I am and I believe that experience has made me more resilient. I believe my ability to keep pushing myself even when times are tough is one of my key characteristics and I have always applied that in my life.
